Abstract
Clarity In the objectives of the Operational Standards Management can provide guidelines for managers in carrying out institutional, business and financial management through cooperative KJKS/UJKS and the desired target is to realize cooperative KJKS/UJKS management according to their identity, effective, efficient and create excellent service for other cooperative members or its members. The research used descriptive qualitative method at KSPPS Khairu Ummah Leuwiliang. The results of this study are based on the 4 existing implementation indicators. Among other things, management operational standards in the institutional, business, financial sector and in the field of securing debt and capital assets. Where the four components have been implemented with the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Number 11/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2017 and in the Management Operational Standards Based on the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs in KSPPS Khairul Ummah Lewiliang Bogor Fulfilling Sharia Elements due to the Implementation of Savings and Loans Business Activities and Sharia Financing by Cooperatives. This regulation is useful for increasing access to financing for people who carry out productive business activities by developing professional and competitive savings and loan and sharia financing businesses. In article 1 paragraph 2 KSPPS is, "Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperatives, hereinafter abbreviated as KSPPS, are cooperatives whose business activities are saving, borrowing and financing according to sharia principles, including managing zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf."
