Abstract

During this pandemic, there have been significant changes in various fields. One of them is in the economic field, with this pandemic almost all companies are making changes in their activities. One of the company's activities in responding to this pandemic is to do WFH (Work From Home). In a company, of course, the most influential resource is its human resources. The success of the company in carrying out its activities is influenced by the performance of the company's employees. The purpose of this study was to determine and compare the performance conditions of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and to find out how the views of Islamic management on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, the purpose of which is to analyze any data obtained and then draw conclusions. Sources of data obtained through primary and secondary data sources using interview data collection methods and documentation at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug, namely from the Employee Performance Management Information System (SIMKPNAS). The results and analysis obtained from this study and the conclusions obtained are the differences in the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, employee performance as measured through the KPI Key Performance Indicator was very good, all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug on average is in competence 2 or in the category of "Exceeding Expectations" / Meet Requirements (ER). while during the covid-19 pandemic The performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug There is an average decrease in competencies 2 and 3 or in the "Exceeding Expectations" / Exceeds Requirements (ER) and "Meeting the Requirements" (MR) categories, meaning that there is a slight decrease in the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug employees during the covid-19 pandemic. And the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Ciledug before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the perspective of sharia management has been carried out properly in accordance with Islamic sharia.
