Abstract

Program success Agricultural development cannot be separated from active participation farmers which is realized in the form of a response. This response was conveyed in idea form , criticism, dialogue and reflective action. Women Farmers Group (KWT) which be the main actor in the optimization programsasi utilization of yard land is a determinant of the success of food security at the family level. Counselor Facilitators are the focus of the government's hopes as facilitators development that is able to facilitate and educate KWT so that they are capable respond on the development program being implemented. This article aims to describe charactereristick group, role instructor companion, KWT participatory communication and analyzing the relationship between characteristics groups and the role of accompanying instructors with participatory communication. This research was designed as descriptive survey research correlational. The selection of respondents was taken by census as many as 12 KWT. Data that has been collected is then analyzed using a correlation test rank Spearman. The results obtained from the correlation test are that there is a positive relationship which is very real antar a group characteristics, role of assistant instructor with KWT participatory communication.
