Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of outbound program on student leadership characteristics at the ALGIVA Nature School. The research method used is the mix method. The objects in the study were students of grades IV, V and outbound teachers. Research data analysis using CIPP with data triangulation. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of the evaluation of the outbound program on student leadership characteristics includes intelligence, responsibility, initiative, consistency and straightforwardness.Learning conducted by outbound teachers on student leadership character by guiding, supervising and advising.
